Is it too perverted to write fiction about Che Guevara? (And yes, I know he was a Marxist and a murderer... I just don't care.)

Also, I'm probably irrationally worried. Just need to get it out there, in case it helps me not to worry.

There's fanfiction about Hitler, Moomins fucking each other, Jesus x Judas and what not, so I think you should just go for it. This is internet, basically every gross thing you could ever imagine is already up here somewhere, so...

LoL thanx for encouragement =) The thing is, I tried to search for Che fan fiction and didn't find anything so it made me hesitate. But I guess I'll go for it after all, doesn't mean someone must read it =)

No, it's not. I can't think of any people that would be "too perverted" to write about, actually. As long as you enjoy it, go for it! If someone don't want to read what you wrote, that's fine, but not a reason that you shouldn't write it. Writing is for your own enjoyment, mostly - right? So - whatever you feel like!

...I have read a fanfiction about a slash pairing that takes part in the WW II. No issue at all if it's well done. But it was. Well. Like, ohh I'm a Nazi and me going to the SS with all of my friends is totally fun :DD Let's spazz around together, shoot some Jews (they're not worth to live any way) and let's not have any trouble with our mental state at all after shooting some of the filthy Jews!! And. Just. OH FUCK NO this fiction was utterly the weirdest shit seriously. Trivializing the second WW like this, that's... really, really, really sick.

From the way I know you I know you would never mutilate something so bad, so... just go on and write to your fancy <3

Yeah, I've read such stories, meh. I count them among all the crap stories out there. But if I do write it (I will probably) I'll borrow just the names and bodies, not the ideas/purposes/political views of Che and Camilo (the one I wanna slash him with, eh), 'cause one, I don't wholeheartedly agree with all of them and two, I don't know that much about Marxism and the reasons behind the Cuban revolution to draw some philosophical conclusions on my own.

Ooops, rant. Anyways, thanx for the encouragement =)

'S okay, I shouldn't assume everyone's the same history freak as I am=) Ernesto 'Che' Guevara was an Argentinian doctor, who went to Cuba in 1950s, became a revolutionary and helped Fidel Castro with the Cuban revolution. In the process he probably killed a lot of people, but hey, it was a revolution. Afterwards he went to Bolivia to spread the revolution but was murdered by CIA there, in a brutal way. He was a Marxists. Well, I'm doing one of my final exams from history and it's everything from Ancient Rome and Greece, over Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, USA etc. up to the Cold War and the year like 2000 or smt. I'll probably die studying it lmao So I'm gonna write the fic before that at least =)
