So I was stupid enough to choose Cuba for my  presentation for Spanish. For Monday. It should be 10-15 minutes long and preferably without any notes or just occasional peeking, no reading. In Spanish. God. I'm happy if I can remember a 2 minute resumé. I'm so fucked. And I know nada about Cuba, no less. Well apart from Fidel and El Che, I guess.

And as if this torture wasn't enough, we're having an exam from political philosophy on Tuesday. It's 30 pages in the textbook plus my notes. And a chemistry test. And a homework to physics. I'd better start doing something I guess.

I'm afraid I'm not gonna survive this last year of high school *sigh*

You could probably rant about America's feud with Cuba, and cigars. But 10-15 minutes seems a bit ridiculous.

Well he wants historical, social and economical aspects. And questions from the class, afterwards. I can barely put a sentence together, let alone 15 minute speech. I'm starting to hate Spanish. Which is too bad since I wanna study it further lmao

America's blockade=economic. The embargo is one of the reasons why their economy is declining. At least, why Cuba's having so much trouble. Try writing the speech in English/Czech/whatever and then translate the entire thing into Spanish from there? S'what I did in French. Granted I had to cry and have a total nervous breakdown just to pass the class but that's completely besides the point.
