Anyway, it makes sense you're pissed. There is no reason for her to talk about you with him, as long as she knows you don't appreciate it! I hope when things have calmed a bit, you can talk to her about it and you two can sort it out, so that things will be fine!

Yeah, the Australian dude which I have never seen in my life. It's just pissing me off that he should decide about what I do and what I don't, guh! He's telling my mother that England is too dangerous blah blah and now she doesn't want to let me go there.

First things first - how can he know what's best for you, as long as you have never even met, and he has no idea what kind of person you are to begin with?! Also - what's so dangerous about England, now? It's ENGLAND - normal, civilized country - you're not going to Afghanistan or somewhere.

But you know, you have the tickets, so your trip should be safe? (I don't know what kind of flight tickets you have, but some of them come with restrictions, such as them being un-changeable and not refundable. If you have some of those, your mom can't tell you to return them, either).
