So it seems all my 'friends' have fucked with me and I'm gonna be spending the 31st at home with my father. Or alone somewhere. Dunno which one is worse. A great start to a new year, really.

Poor thing, your just not having a great time of things at the moment. Friends can suck sometimes. Mine have ditched me to, they made there party a friends only thing and won't let me bring my sister (She has two kids but they are out of town with there father so this is the first time in many years she can actually do New Years) So I told them some not so nice things and I'm just going to hang out with my sister and one of our friends.

At least you'll have your family with you :)It'll still be nice hopefully

Well, actually, my relationship with my father isn't the best (or maybe better, there's none) so I'm contemplating going wandering around the city center alone or something heh

That makes me sad, it sucks that you have a bad relationship with your father, you never know maybe spending New Years with him could improve your relationship. I have no idea what your friends have done but it's sad that you can't spend it with them, friends aren't all that friendly sometimes. I hope you don't spend New Years alone, if I wasn't in Australia I would spend it with you :)
