More news from Nowhere...
May. 7th, 2008 06:12 pmI haven't updated in a while, again. 'Cause I'm too lazy. Oh well.
So I've been accepted to that working camp in Bradford=) At first I didn't know if to be happy or not, 'cause I have no clue what I've signed up for, but after stressing over it for quite some time I decided it was definitely a good thing. However, I still dunno how I'm gonna get there. The trains in the UK are insanely expensive and all the cheap plain tickets for the dates I need are gone as well. So it's gonna be an expensive journey, definitely. And me alone in London trying to find the King's Cross train station (and possibly the platform 9 and 3/4) doesn't sound that great either. I'll be sure to tell you all a proper good bye before I leave on July 20th lol
Then, there's this exciting experience I had last Friday. I'm not gonna go into great details but on that day I met my first LJ friend -
zimena <33 It was really incredible. Like almost mind-blowing=) We weren't really doing any adrenaline-filled stuff, just chatting, but it was so lovely and friendly and I felt so warm and fuzzy inside then... Aw. So if anyone wants to meet me I'm totally up for it haha
Last but not least, my finals are getting dangerously closer so I should *really* start studying this weekend. But I'm so lazy it hurts. Tons and tons and tons of literature waiting for me and, as much of a bookworm as I am, it's starting to scare me alot bit. I just want it to be done and over with, guh!
Edit: Fuck, I've just got drunk with my mother an her friend. Again. I never used to drink wine but since we've moved and the people started coming... I can feel the headache already, ew. Going to bed.
